2012 SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT- LOCATION Permission to Use Premises Letter for Walk-About &Grand Tasting Locations:

I have the authority and have given permission to the Durango Wine Experience, to use my premises as a “Walk-About Durango” wine tasting location. The Durango Wine Experience may set up, exhibit and serve alcoholic beverages inside my premises on Friday, May 4th, 2012 from 2:30-7:30 pm, as a part of this event: The 2012 Durango Wine Experience “Walk-About Durango” Wine Tasting Friday, May 4th 2012 3:30pm-6:30pm
I have provided the DWE with a floor plan of my premises in order to create an 8 1/2″ x 11″ diagram showing exits and where liquor will be served and consumed. The Durango Wine Experience will provide Insurance and Security for this event. I agree to post the City Notice Poster conspicuously on my premises for the mandatory ten-day period. I will provide some form of “food snacks” for the event and they shall be available during all hours of service of malt, spirituous or vinous liquors.
