Winemaker Dinner: “Kendall-Jackson”
Fifth Street Eatery 139 E. 5th St.
Featuring Randy Ullom, Winemaster and Executive Chef Neal Drysdale
Long-time Kendall-Jackson Winemaster, Randy Ullom, worked closely with founder Jess Jackson for 15 years to hone his wine style. He uses artisan winemaking techniques to capture the essence of the vineyards in the glass. Inspired by his southern roots, Chef Neal Drysdale uses local premium ingredients to bring a fresh twist on classic Southern Style dishes at Fifth Street Eatery. Five courses of hand crafted wine and food.
